Antiparos is a settlement south-west of Paros separated from the main
island by a shallow channel of about 5 km and 4.2m deep. The island covers an
area of 35 km², because of its long shape has 57 km of beautiful coastline. The
most impressive part is the Kastro region.
Along the coastal road there are small tavernas, restaurants, bars and coffee
shops popular with tourists during the summer months.
Antiparos is well organised to the needs of the tourist with all kinds of
shops and a lively night life also maintaining the relaxed life style and the
vivid Cycladic island colour.
