The Cyclades Islands are a group of varying sized islands
scattered over the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Calm, crystal clear
water, bright sky, sun, and an austere architecture on naked rock and yet they
filled with light and sunshine.
The Cycladic Islands enjoy a Mediterranean climate with an average
temperature of 18 - 19o C. The winters are mild and the summers, by
Greek standards, cool thanks to the beneficial effects of the seasonal winds
known as the 'Meltemia'.
