Pavilion - a distinctive structure due to its four signature conical
shingled roofs and all of the tables have a tremendous view of the Caribbean
Sea.

Executive Chef Benoit Pepin serves a popular daily breakfast and lunch
buffet and candlelight dinner.
Menu highlights include international favorites with island flavors and
Caribbean specialties with a French flair.

Beach Grill - an open air dining facility situated directly adjacent to the
water activities desk and a few stone steps from the beach.
During the day, guests can order light lunches, fruit plates and cooling
beverages and in the evening, an attractive menu serving grilled selections and
innovative salads are available.
The Beach Grill specializes in fresh seafood including the legendary
local lobster.
Evenings are highlighted with tiki torches tucked into the beachfront,
creating a romantic glow.
Bar:
An
afternoon tea, complete with English scones and clotted cream, is served near
the Wallaba-shingled bar under the Pavilion.
