The Diogenis Hotel was build in a 19th century building, carefully renovated to keep its neoclassical form.
In the past the building was used as a coal depot, tannery, wood yard and cabaret club.
During the German occupation between 1941 and 1944 the Italian Carabinieria were housed there.
The building was our chased in 1980 by the Karamologos Brothers.
