of endless plains, red dunes, dotted with silver and green grasses, dark
mountains, all these create an aura of romance and mystery. Imagine yourself
saying 'I do' on the very top of the dunes, feeling the dune sand between your
toes, your hair decorated with freshly picked desert flowers, your dress gently
flowing in the winds.
Wolwedans is a magical place to have a wedding. You can bring along family and
friends, they will be accommodated in the eight stylish chalets at the Dunes
Lodge or the six exclusive tents at the Dune Camp. No matter which camp you
choose, the newly weds will spend their honeymoon at the splendid Private Camp.
This camp is situated in the quiet seclusion of an idyllic valley and can
accommodate up to four guests.

ORGANISED ACTIVITIES:
Seeking a vacation, which provides the perfect blend of leisure, activity and spiritual
stimulation. Then Weeks of Discovery is for you. Wolwedans, in co-operation with NatureFriend
Safaris, has designed five special interest theme weeks during Namibia’s off-season month of
June. Come unwind in the Namibia desert for seven days and share the magnificent way of life.
Professional coaches will present their courses in the fields of painting, cooking,
photography and desert ecology. Last, but not least, "WolweDance" (which means
‘dancing with the wolves’) aims at attracting singles aged 28 – 40 for a week of fun and
adventure.
A special attraction and extension of the DuneHopper series is hot-air ballooning which can be
added to virtually any itinerary. Soaring silently over the dune belts and never-ending plains
provides breathtaking 360 degree vistas as the leisurely wind carries you over an ocean of sand
and waves of mountain.
Accommodation for all courses will be at Wolwedans Dunes Lodge. To keep the courses
productive and ensure individual guidance, courses must have a minimum of eight but not more
than twelve participants, except the "WolweDance" week, for which sixteen individuals
are needed to give chemistry its chance.
The Packages include private charter flights from Windhoek to Wolwedans and
back, seven nights at Dunes Lodge (full board and drinks), course and presenter fees,
Conservation Levy, VAT Tax, as well as outdoor activities such as scenic drives, nature walks
and hot-air ballooning – and sunshine!
