Christmas at Le Bristol
For the evening of December 24th, our Chef Eric Frechon has created an
exceptional dinner, served from 8 pm in the Winter restaurant,
previously the private theater of the Count of Castellane. While listening
to the magical sound of a harp, guests will discover refined dishes such as:
Duck foie gras finger like slices with Périgord black truffle, Bresse
chicken cooked in a pot, small cake of chicken livers, crayfish and black
truffle.
On Christmas day, a festive menu will also be served for lunch or dinner.
New Year’s Eve
For New Year’s Eve, Le Bristol offers three experiences:
“Traditional” New Year’s Eve: Festivities will start at 8 pm with a
gastronomic dinner in our sumptuous Winter restaurant. Guests will enjoy a
gastronomic
feast including warm blue lobster in a cold green asparagus and black
truffle vichyssoise Soup, Scallop Carpaccio, caviar and oyster sorbet and
many other delights.
End Of Year Festivities
“Festive” New Year’s Eve: From 8 to 9:30 pm, cocktails will be served in the
Summer restaurant. The evening will continue with a dinner served in the
ballroom, in which two performances will enhance your evening: a traditional
Parisian French Cancan on Offenbach, followed by a wonderful Russian ballet
and traditional
“Gopak” cossacq dance.
