The Spa & Health Club
features authentic decor and ambiance which radiate a magic charm.
Its exclusive facilities are spread on 1800sqm
and include eight treatment rooms, a private spa suite, saunas and
steam baths, relaxation areas with incredible views, indoor pool and
outdoor pool with jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art gym, a pilates studio and
a unique hammam experience with seven stations.
With this major investment, they created an exclusive and
extraordinary wellness center, which will exceed even the expectations
of discerning spa connoisseurs.
The Gstaad Palace has been renowned for
its authenticity, elegance and a unique ambiance.
Thus when designing the Spa,
the main focus was to create an outstanding wellness oasis which blends
perfectly into the overall hotel concept.
One priority was to bring the mountain feeling into the spa.
Therefore a 60m long stone wall was built with granite from
the nearby “Blausee” region in the Bernese Oberland. Over fifty tons of
rock were cut into small pieces and assembled to a stunning
architectural master piece.
Further highlights are the comfortable lounge with its
fireplace and the spectacular mountain view.
Hammam Experience
A visit of the Hammam at the Gstaad Palace is a unique
experience offering a relaxing journey of approximately two hours.
It consists of a harmonious sequence of seven steps on over
130sqm: This special ritual begins with a soothing foot bath followed
by calm moments in the “Infinity Room”.
Afterwards a cleansing soap foam body massage is awaiting and
subsequently the journey continues with a steam bath and a dip into the
“Floating Pool”.
After a break in the private relaxation room a hydrating oil
massage completes this amazing experience.
