Is there a limit on nights number for reservations?

There is no limit on nights number for a reservation in Deluxe & A category hotels. There are some limits on B & C categories.

For Greece: Hotel reservations for B & C categories for 3 overnights or more.

Worldwide (outside Greece): Hotel reservations for B & C categories for 6 overnights or more.

Our Online Booking System does not support one or two night reservations; therefore you will be directed to our Secure Server Link (SSL) where it is required to submit your Credit Card details.

In the case of a one or two-night reservation there is an additional charge for administration costs that are not included in the room rates.

For one or two night reservation follow the steps below:

  • Go to our Online Secure Credit Card Payment for one or two night reservation and complete the Form with your personal information and your Credit Card number. It is necessary to mention the Name of the Hotel in which you wish to make a reservation, the Arrival and Departure Dates, the total Number of Persons and the Type of Accommodation you desire. This service is not Online and Automatic, but our fully experienced Reservation Department will do their best to expedite your booking the soonest possible. If the Hotel you asked for is available, then we automatically charge your Credit Card and send you all the Vouchers and Travel Documents. In the case of no availability at your desired hotel, we will not charge your Credit Card and our Reservation Department will send, by e-mail, alternative Hotels in the same area at the same Budget accommodation. If you agree with the alternative choice, then our Organization will charge your Credit Card and send you the Vouchers and all the Travel Documents.

For Deluxe & A Class Hotels (in Greece only) the extra cost for one-night or two nights booking is 10% of the room rate per night.
There is no extra cost for members of our Interdynamic Club.

For B & C Class Hotels (in Greece only) the extra cost for one-night booking is 15% of the room rate per night and for two nights the cost is 10% of the room rate per night. There is no extra cost for the members of our Interdynamic Club.

You should bear in mind that the system does not include this extra cost and the charge of this difference is made while charging your reservation.

For more than two nights accommodation in Deluxe & A categories, there are no additional charges and you are only charged with the prices listed for each hotel.

Do I have to define my budget for my reservation?

When you are making a reservation you will need to define your minimum and maximum budget for accommodation.

If you make a reservation that costs for example: $100 per person per night, you should not specify a minimum budget of less than $100 (say $80). We will not be able to accept such a request.
The cost of the hotel where you have chosen to make a reservation is present on the Reservation Form. Please ensure that you have checked the cost and specify your minimum budget appropriately.

The minimum budget per category accepted:

Deluxe Class hotels ()is over $80 per person per night
A' Class hotels ()is over $50 per person per night
B' Class hotels ()is over $40 per person per night
C' Class hotels ()is over $30 per person per night

You will also need to specify the maximum budget for accommodation, which must be greater than your minimum budget. We will check what other extra facilities can be offered up to your maximum budget. Once this is checked, we will make our proposition to you.

Other necessary details are: the number of children, their ages and any special requirements you may have, etc.

What about last minute request cancellation? Will I be refunded?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for last minute cancellations. Please see Cancellation Policy.

What happens when you receive my booking and how is it confirmed?

Once we receive your request, we will check to see if your preferred hotel is available for the dates requested. If it is, we will confirm giving details about the hotel, room type with the total cost and instructions on how to proceed with your booking.

In case your first choice hotel isnot available, we will offer an alternative similar in Price/Area/Rating.

When will I receive travel documents and receipt for my reservation?

The Travel Documents (Accommodation & Car Hire Voucher(s), Tickets, etc.) and Receipt for your reservation will be sent after the whole amount has been paid to our Organization.

What is a Last Minute Reservation and how can I make one?

A Last Minute Reservation is when the booking requested is for less than 3 days from today. For example, today is – May 10th; therefore you cannot proceed through the normal reservation procedure and book for 11th, 12th or 13th, but you can book from the 14th onwards.

These Last Minute Bookings are subject to an additional charge of 10-15% of the total cost. This charge is to cover the extra administration work needed to expedite your request promptly.

Once you have completed the Request Form, you will be redirected to our Secure Server (SSL) for your Credit Card details to process your Booking. Your Credit Card will only be charged if the hotel you have selected has availability. In the event of no availability, we will not charge your Credit Card, but we propose that you choose another similar accommodation and price located close to your original request. Once you have agreed with the suggested alternative we will then charge your Credit Card.

There are no additional administration charges for Members of our Interdynamic Club.

There are some limitations on Last Minute Reservations:

  • For categories Deluxe & A – No Limitation
  • For categories B & C in Greece – Minimum of 3 overnights
  • For categories B & C Worldwide (except Greece) – Minimum of 6 overnights.
  • For less than 6 overnights you will be asked to Upgrade your request to Hotels in Deluxe & A categories. A link will be offered so as to take you to the listing of hotels available in the same area in these categories.

May I change my reservation arrival or departure dates?

If you wish to change your arrival/departure dates to either earlier or later dates or to extend your stay, you must contact our Organization immediately. We will do our best to change your reservation, but we cannot guarantee that the Hotel will have availability for those date(s). There is no extra cost for these changes.

Can someone else check in for me and use my reservation?

Yes. However, any changes to the reserved names must be made in advance directly to us. Please remember that room reservations are fully paid for, in advance, with the Credit Card used to make the Hotel Request to our Organization. In case of these changes, there will be a refund to your Credit Card, which is charged 5% of the total amount after your reservation has been confirmed and guaranteed.

How can I request Special Requirements?

Requests for a specific room type (e.g., connecting rooms, smoking room, type of bedding) or location (e.g., upper/lower floor, view, away from elevator) should be made directly to us and we recommend that you contact us in advance for your requests. In this instance we suggest that you fully complete all areas of the Reservation Form and especially the "Special Requirements" to which we always show serious consideration.

Also if you wish to make a request for more than one hotel, please write the alternative hotels here with the arrival/departure dates, if they are different. This will speed up the process of your request. Multiple requests are made on one form.

What if I need a wheelchair accessible room?

For requirements with a Disability consideration or requests for 'Special Needs', we urge that you mention these in the Special Requirements and verify any special requests of this nature in advance when submitting your request.

Please mention your 'Special Need or Disability' as the facilities in some hotels in Greece would be inadequate. We will endeavour to locate suitable accommodation.

If these 'Special Needs' have NOT been mentioned when making a 'Request' INTERDYNAMIC S.A. DMC/PCO cannot be held responsible.

PLEASE NOTE: If this information has been omitted or not mentioned - NO REFUNDS are possible and 100% Cancellation Fees apply.

We always advise clients of the suitability of their choice with consideration to their 'Special Need'. Please note that Interdynamic cannot guarantee that all special requests can be satisfied.

Can I use a Laptop or a PC in the hotel and connect to the Internet?

Most Hotels that belong to a three, four or five star category offer this service. Most have in-room connection points, or Internet Corners with computers and equipment.

Are pets allowed in my hotel?

Pets are not usually allowed in hotels. However, hotel policies vary and in some cases, not only are pets allowed, but hotels also offer special facilities for them.

Do I have to be a Member to make a Reservation?

No, but please bear in mind that Gold Members are given the highest priority for all their requests.

What about special discounts?

We offer discounts in the event of early reservations, but not for all hotels. If you reserve at least 6 months in advance, then you will be offered a special discount. In this case please contact us and we will find the best discount rate for the hotel of your preference.

There are also Special Offers and discounts for car rentals, excursions, cruises etc., which are offered when you book specific hotels.

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations made for any reason will result in "cancellation fees"

Cancellation Fee rate as follows:

-Notice given between 90 to 61 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.

-Notice given between 60 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 20% of the total cost.

-Notice given between 30 to 15 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost.

-Notice given between 14-1 day before arrival: the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost.

-No Show: the charge is 100% of the total cost. The reason for the 100% charge is that our Organization has made a contract with the hotel you requested for your reservation.

For a One or Two-night Reservations the Cancellation Fees are higher than the above, as the administration fees are more expensive in relation to the cost of the Accommodation.

The cancellation policy varies at each Hotel and is also dependant on the season, room availability and duration stay. Every hotel has its own terms and cancellation policy, to which we are bound. Information about the cancellation terms and conditions of each hotel should be requested on the reservation form or when your booking is finalised. We will provide all the details regarding the cancellation policy of the hotel you have selected.

  • The Reservation ID of your booking
  • The Hotel name
  • The Period of your vacation and the additional instructions, relative to your request.

If I cancel my accommodation in a 'safe period', will I be charged?

If your reservation is cancelled "in time", this means that there is no cancellation fee payable to the hotel. The only charges are for the administration fee and expenses that were made for your reservation in respect of telephone calls, faxes, etc., plus an extra charge 5% of the amount that we have charged you (either the prepayment or the whole amount). This 5% fee is the amount that the Bank has charged our Organization when we charged your Credit Card.

The Safe Period for cancelling your reservation is considered to be the number of days prior to your arrival date that are 'safe' to cancel. This number of days varies from hotel to hotel and is in the cancellation policy terms that will be given to you - after it has been requested - when you make your reservation.

What happens if my hotel is fully booked when I arrive?

If this situation occurs (and it is uncommon as we pre-book and pre-pay accommodation for all our clients), the hotel endeavours to find a comparable room in a nearby hotel at no additional charge, usually provides the taxi fare to the hotel and, if necessary, a complimentary long distance call to notify your family/office of the change.

What if I don't like the hotel room I have been allocated?Can I change it?

In case you do not like the hotel room that has been given to you, you can ask the hotel manager to offer you another room, subject to availability.

If this is not acceptable or there is no availability for the same type of room and you wish to have another room, but more expensive, then you will have to pay for the Upgrade directly to the Hotel.

Please note that you cannot obtain a refund if you leave the hotel. First check with the manager to see if he can offer you a more suitable room.

What if I wasn't aware of your terms and conditions when I made my request?

On every website and within every service we provide, we have obvious titles referring to our Booking Conditions. We also suggest and recommend that you read and understand our Organization terms before you make your request. Also, on the last level of our Reservation Forms, we refer to the Booking Conditions before finalising your Online Reservation.

Therefore, having clearly brought our terms and conditions to your notice – our Organization has no further responsibility.

Can I make a reservation directly tο the hotel?

You can, but the prices displayed on our websites are available only through our Organization. If you make a direct reservation to the hotel, you will be charged on average 10% to 50% more.

Yes we do. Our Reservation Team has the experience to organize a Family Holiday, meet your 'special interests' and will assist you in the planning of your holiday with suggestions on activities, tours, etc.

What is the EURO currency and how do I use it?

The Euro is the unified currency used in countries belonging to the European Monetary Union. There are 12 countries that offer the single currency as of January 1, 2002. The Euro symbol is: €.

The 12 participating countries are: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

The following four countries will not be participating in the unified currency:
Denmark, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

How is it possible to offer rooms at such good prices?

There are two reasons: Firstly, we have teamed up with high-volume travel agencies who have negotiated these favourable rates. Secondly, we use the Internet to process all transactions, which reduces our costs considerably.

What if I have a complaint about my hotel?

If you have a complaint about your hotel, we would like to know about it immediately during the course of your stay. This can be rectified for you, depending on the situation. What if I do not show up for my booking?

This is treated as a No Show. 100% Cancellation Fees will be applied as designated by the International Booking Policies, Worldwide.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard or Eurocheck or Bank Remittance

We also accept American Express Credit Cards, but these are subject to a surcharge (administration fee) of 3% on all transactions.
(Administration Fees are non refundable and non transferable to other accounts.)

Personal checks are not accepted.

Bank Remittance Note: 

All banks worldwide charge transfer fees, therefore we kindly request you to ensure that we receive your remittance as NET, all bank fees are your responsibility and should not be taken from the amount you submit to us in payment for your booking. Please take special care to advise your bank that all fees are 'OUR' meaning that they are paid at the time of making the transaction to ensure that we receive the NET amount as quoted. Please send your Bank remittance Slip by Fax to +30 2810 220785 or Scan and attach it to an email quoting your ID Number and the reason/location concerning this payment to ensure we promptly locate and credit it to your booking.

All prices quoted on our websites as well as your individual booking quotation are NET.

In multiple rooms reservations, may I charge separate Credit Cards?

When reserving multiple rooms or having more than one reservation, then the charges can be made to more than one Credit Card. Also, if you have sent the prepayment for your reservations and rest of payment is due, you can use a different Credit Card to pay the balance.

Is it safe to give my Credit Card number to Interdynamic over the Internet?

Interdynamic has created a secure environment for Credit Card transactions. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all personal information including your name, address and your Credit Card number to prevent it from being read during transmission over the Internet.

If you prefer not to send your Credit Card number through the Internet, you may use our Printable Form to Fax the information to our Reservation Department or call us direct. We want you to feel confident that your personal information is secure. We respect your privacy and your security and trust is our highest priority.

When do you charge my Credit Card?

When you agree with the reservation that we have suggested to you, we advise you to reconfirm by submitting your Credit Card information through our Secure Server (SSL). Your card will be charged the required amount of the deposit.

The deposit rates are as follows:

CITY HOTELS
  • For reservations 90-31 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
  • For reservations 30-14 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost.
  • For reservations 13-1 day before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required
RESORT HOTELS
  • For reservations 91-31 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
  • For reservations 30-1 day before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE A RESERVATION IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PREPAYMENT

There are no other charges to be added (NO-SURCHARGE GUARANTEE). When your reservation requires a deposit of 30% you will receive a prepayment receipt of the amount paid.

30 days before your arrival your Credit Card will be charged automatically with the rest of the amount. The rest of the amount can be charged to another Credit Card. Should you wish to do so, then go to our Secure Credit Card Payment and fill in a form with your Personal Information.

After Full Payment has been charged you will receive your Travel Documents along with your payment Receipts.

Hotel booking policies vary. For example, many hotels demand payment to be completed 60 days prior to arrival. Therefore, when you make a reservation, please ask for the policy of your preferred hotel.

May I change the Credit Card that I used to guarantee my reservation?

You can change the Credit Card charged and give us another to make these charges, but you will be charged with 5% of the deposit amount. This is because of the cancellation and refund transaction we have to make on the first Credit Card.

Can I make a 'Real Time' hotel reservation?

No, it is not a real time reservation but your request will be addressed within the next 3 to 5 hours. Our offices operate during the following Working Hours and are open every day of the week, except from the official holidays as determined by the Greek state and by the state in which our Organization keeps branches. The quality of services we offer is strongly established in bases of communication with our clients. Together with the systems of advanced technology which are being used, in our Organization we consider that the best way of providing services should be based on true communication between us and our clients.

Experience has taught us that in this manner, mistakes are avoided, and your wishes are better taken care of.

It is of great importance for us to know that there will not be any problems that will disturb your vacation time. For that reason, there is at all times the possibility of an immediate communication with you. CHANGES IN: (apart from possible charges incurred by the supplier)
Airline, Ship or Train tickets for destinations within Greece 4-6 €
Airline, Ship or Train tickets for destinations abroad 7-10 €
Hotel reservations - Holiday packages within Greece or abroad (fee per change) 10-15 €
CANCELLATION of TICKETS (apart from possible cancellation terms of the fare or the respective supplier)  
Percentage on the selling price of the ticket, payable to the travel agent 7-10%
OTHER CHARGES
Dispatch fee for pre-paid tickets on the fee charged by the company (PTA fee) 7-10%
Issuance of tickets of programmes Icarus, Miles, More, etc. 18-20 €
Hotel room reservations in or outside Greece (per room) 10-20 €
Reservations via Internet services from a supplier not in collaboration with travel agents 9-10%
