Informatie over Peloponnesos

The Peloponnese is a rugged land with an interior of highlands. The Peloponnese is situated on a peninsula that makes up the most southern part of mainland Greece. An area of outstanding beauty combining centuries of mythology and history.

The cities, towns and spas of the region were important centres in antiquity and remain so today. A mythical land where you are reminded of some Greek myth. Images and music, scents of the sea, of the mountains, grapes, olives and citrus fruit are all to be found in the Peloponnese.

The climate is purely Mediterranean along its coasts unlike the centre which has a continental climate.
